The VA's National Center for PTSD publishes some of the most clinically-grounded, evidence-based PTSD resources available anywhere — for clinicians, for people with PTSD, and for the people who love them. Despite the name, the public-facing resources are not veteran-specific.

The PTSD Coach mobile app is also free, well-validated, and useful as an adjunct to (not a substitute for) treatment.
