DBSA runs hundreds of free, peer-led support groups in the U.S. for people with mood disorders, with online options that have expanded access dramatically since 2020. Groups are organized for people living with the condition, for friends and family, and for specific populations (young adults, parents, veterans).

Not therapy and not a substitute for it. A complement that meaningfully reduces isolation and is available outside clinic hours, often for free.
