The most widely-used family-education curriculum for serious mental illness, taught by family members who've lived it.

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free eight-session evidence-based course for family members and close friends of people living with serious mental illness. It is taught by trained NAMI volunteers who are themselves family members, and is offered in person and online through local NAMI affiliates.

One of the few interventions in this space with randomized-trial evidence for reducing caregiver distress and improving family problem-solving.
