The Royal College of Psychiatrists' analysis finds that nearly two thirds of English Integrated Care Boards planned real-terms cuts to perinatal mental health services in 2024-2025, despite stable or rising demand.

The College warns that without prioritization by the UK government, the expansion of maternal mental health services in recent years may stall or reverse.
